About Us

Mission Statement

South America has experienced a strong positive economic development and the predictions for the years to come remain just promising. As a consequence substantial foreign investment is taking place in key markets like mining, traditional and renewable energy, sustainable waste management, construction and infrastructure, real estate and logistics. New free trade agreements between various nations will create an improved economic framework and hence facilitate more investment.

Peru, with a GDP growth of 6% and an inflation of only 2%, has been named the “leader of economic drive in Latin America” by the IMF; Colombia shows impressive year-over-year growth figures that even exceed forecasts; Uruguay promotes its attractive investment regimen with free zone and free port facilities and freedom of capital expatriation; Chile’s stability and transparency made it become the first country in South America to join the OECD.

Ambitus has been founded with the aim to give a tailor-made support to those that either want to enter or further develop the South American market with innovative products or services. Through strategic advisory, corporate business development and operational management services we will alleviate the many challenges you might face. Apart from the attractive potential, one should indeed be aware of the many threats that arise when entering emerging markets in South America amongst which are language, tax and corporate regulation, business ethics, political influence and culture.

Ambitus’ prime interest is to help you overcome these hurdles, drive your business forward and turn the many opportunities into profitable growth.
